Wooden Horse Diary January 1996
Here's Mindy, keyboard player with the rather good German goth/electronic
band Goethes Erben, getting set up to record her solo project Still Silent.
Juergen does some serious thinking during the Still Silent production. Doesn't
he look like he should be in Pet Shop Boys?
The self-portrait I shot for the booklet of the Still Silent CD. I sang
two songs on this one. Other singers involved were Peter Spilles of Project
Pitchfork and Eric Burton of Catastrophe Ballet, but I didn't get to
photograph them. Next time...
Stefan Scheffler, programmer extraordinaire popped by. He's one of the guys
who writes Cubase Audio, the excellent software that we use to record our
music with. I'm showing him how it crashes when you try to use a QuickCam
to take photos at the same time...
This creature is Axel Ermes, member of Girls Under Glass, Nefkom, and sometimes
even Cassandra Complex when we can find
a stage big enough...
Tippy-A-Go-Go, the man with the silliest name in showbiz, takes a break
from recording the new Aurora
album to show us his dental work. If you see a strange figure busking on
a street corner using a drumkit made out of a bathtub with a bunch of cans
strapped to it, go up and say hello to him.
